Donations for general purposes, specific acquisitions—for which general calls for donations are usually made—or for special-purpose funds for the acquisition of manuscripts and “Walserings,” are gratefully accepted by the Society. The Society is recognized as a charitable organization. Every donation receives a written letter of appreciation, and our annual financial statement provides information about what the donations were used for.
